Migrated Roots EP is a two-sided journey through the muse of the foundations of Afro sounds and how they have made their way into the sounds we blend together in this modern time. Through both the rooted aspects of acoustic percussion and the synthesized elements of electronic sounds and frequencies, these elements are blended together throughout exploration of these two pieces to bridge together the root of these sounds all the way from Africa, to the Caribbean and into the United States. The way each of these regions has played a role in the evolution of the sounds we celebrate today has shown a great deal of what the impact of cultural perspective truly is.
